We first bill you a fixed price to register you as a customer, and start our research for you. Then, the day of the Property purchase, you will have to pay variable honoraries on the property price at the same time as the Notary fees and the property cost. You will also have to pay variable honoraries on the work and furniture prices, at the beginning of the work and furniture research.
According to your budget, we first make a detailed estimate including the property, work, decoration and furniture prices, as well as the honoraries, which means your budget will never go beyond. Our customers often pay less than they defined at the beginning.
As we negotiate for you to lower the prices (of the property, decoration, work and furniture), a large part of our honoraries is often absorbed. Combined with the constant increase in the Paris market prices, you will certainly make a very good deal.
